The Grateful Collection

This was a very special addition to our holiday season. The truffles are so unique and display a vast array of flavors that is special to Vosges alone. I learned about this brand because my mom used to get it when I was a little girl and, while she passed away when I was a teenager, I continue to get this brand to remember her. We are Hungarian so the paprika truffle was her favorite. I always think about her when I eat it. This year I tried new flavors in the bars and caramels. My favorite has been the Dulce de Leche caramel, it took me to another realm with the richness of flavor. My partner's favorite Red Fire truffle with a beautiful spice and sweet balance.

This was a Valentine's present. Arrived exactly when it said it would. The truffles were complex and amazing. The additional bars and gratitude cards were also very much loved. I'd say maybe best Valentine's chocolates I've ever had.

For the second year in a row I have sent this to my very special client and her household to say thank you for all they do for me when I am there. It’s always so well-received because honestly, what better way to start a new year sweetly than with your exquisite chocolate creations! P.S. I miss your UES location in NYC, especially as it was right in my building, making it easy for me to satisfy my frequent (Vosges) chocolate cravings! ❤️
